To create this window display, I repurposed old web development textbooks to show how code underpins the beauty of the web. Outdated textbooks are a reminder that technology is always evolving and building upon itself, and so this display is a physical representation of Foster Made’s work to stay current in an industry that is marked by continual advancement.
The whole display consists of about 2,000 pages and 3,000 staples in total. I also used fishing line and metal clips to hang the installation.

What started as a humorous Christmas gift for my brother-in-law (his face on journals) turned into a fun for the whole family the following Christmas (his face on a mug for every family member).
Whimsical window display for Foster Made that gives the illusion of pieces of paper “floating” away. Constructed with square pieces of paper, card stock, card board, and fishing wire.
This is a side project I’m doing for myself, as an effort to keep some kind of semi-consistent creative practice, get a break from screens, and embrace the imperfection that comes with hand drawn lines. See more sketches here.
Cool blue water window display 💦 with over 300 hand-cut and hand-stitched fish for Foster Made’s summer window display. My friend and coworker, Matt, made a custom 3D printed roller stamp tool to create the pattern on the fish. I rolled three layers of paint pattern (blue, white, silver) onto gray paper.
Invitations, t-shirts, and postcards to celebrate a very special centenarian.
This window display is a gingerbread replica of the 400 block of Grace Street in Richmond, Virginia, where Foster Made’s storefront is located. Each window houses one side of the street.
The gingerbread dough and icing are homemade and glued to a wooden structure backings. Parchment paper windows are backlit with twinkle lights.
Making a 1st birthday party more festive with a cartoon of my nephew’s face as cupcake toppers.
I used tissue paper, green paper, wire, and other miscellaneous materials to create bold springtime florals for this window display at Foster Made.
